Chiaf Law Offices, P.C. has served the Oklahoma City area for over 40 years. Our firm is dedicated to representing clients primarily in the areas of workers' compensation, Social Security disability, personal injury, products liability and family law.

John Chiaf John Chiaf attended Oklahoma City University Law School, graduating in 1953. He is a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association, the Oklahoma Bar Association and Oklahoma County Bar Association. He practices in the area of personal injury, family law, criminal law, wills and estates, probate and insurance claims. John has made his home in Oklahoma City for over fifty years with his wife and family.

Joey Chiaf Joey Chiaf attended Oklahoma City University Law School, obtaining his juris doctorate in 1983. He has emphasized personal injury and workers' compensation in his practice of law. Joey is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association and Lawyers for Working Oklahomans. He is active in pursuing the rights of injured workers in the state of Oklahoma. He actively supports church activities with his wife and two daughters.

Terry Hart Terry Hart is a graduate of the Oklahoma City University Law School. She practices in the area of Social Security disability law, family law and personal injury. Terry is a member of Phi Delta Phi legal fraternity, the American Bar Association and the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives.

Rochele Sinder Rochele has an associates degree in paralegal studies from Metropolitan College. She has worked for Chiaf Law Offices, P.C. for the past three years, assisting clients in the areas of Social Security Disability and Personal Injury.

Ashley Kopyciniski Ashley worked for the Workers' Compensation Court for five years before coming to Chiaf Law Offices, P.C. She has a Bachelor's of Science degree from Southern Nazarene University.
